I am Erica Davis, owner of FRESH Start Too, LLC Home Health. I am a loving, compassionate mother and grandmother of two daughters and one granddaughter. I have 10 years plus of experience working with many diverse individuals but mostly been a caregiver for the elderly and special needs.

When I first started working in the industry I noticed there were things that I didn’t agree with and knew change needed to happen. As someone once told me, “ If you don’t like something change it but if you can’t change it, change your attitude.” After receiving that advice, I decided to take matters into my own hands and established FRESH Start Too, LLC Home Health. I understand the care these two groups of individuals deserve along with making sure they are treated with respect and dignity. I’m not only changing my attitude but I am determined to change the way this industry is operated.

I have developed an outstanding team at FRESH Start Too, LLC Home Health making sure patients are provided with the best care in Mobile County and surrounding areas. My journey began over 40yrs ago. I worked as a Can for 7 years; after that, I became LPN for 14 years. I continued my education, and I became an RN for 32 years. “This is not just a Job for me, it is a calling.” I was also a DON for 4 years

She has been an RN and educator for over 40 years it's not a job it's a calling. My name is Emma Perry, I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. I finished my education in Mobile also. I worked as a nurse and as an educator throughout my career. For over forty years, I have truly enjoyed working and helping others, even though I have retired, I came back to work because I still have a passion for caring for others and sharing my knowledge.
